Reading & Conversation I (CHNS-0021)

Designed for students with the equivalent of two years of college Chinese. In addition to further vocabulary development, grammar review, and reading of contemporary prose essays, skills in conversation, translation, and composition are also stressed. Conducted mainly in Chinese. Supplemented by laboratory drills. Prerequisite: CHNS 0004 or equivalent.
