Development of portrait photography skills and discussion of the photographer’s relation to subject. Readings will address the photographer’s unconscious in relation to the work they make. Recommendations: a basic understanding of camera controls, digital imaging, and digital printing, or permission of the instructor. Non-SMFA students will receive a letter grade.
