The Designer’s Eye: A History of Style and Decor (FMS-0029)

Tailored to designers with an emphasis on architectural and decorative historical styles. Art, architecture, furnishings, wall treatments, and decorative arts will be viewed in film clips and screenings to explore how designers use this research to recreate period on film, television, and stage with an emphasis on a western trajectory from Ancient Egypt to post-modernism.
