Foundations of Data Analytics (DATA-0200)

This course focuses on different approaches to the communication of data including visual, oral, and written methods. The focus is on how to create and design in each domain to best communicate information and ideas to a variety of audiences. The course includes a lab where students will learn how to effectively use the data visualization tool Tableau. The students will apply the skills they learn in the class in giving oral presentations based on various case studies.
