Workshop in Empirical Economics (EC-0299)
Fall 2024 · EC 0299 · Tufts University · 1 credits · Undergraduate
This course gives doctoral students hands-on experience with presenting research in Economics and Public Policy. While each session typically focuses on the research of one student, all students are expected to actively participate. Students present their ongoing research and receive feedback from their peers, the instructor, and other faculty. Students will also meet with the instructor individually to hone their research and presentation skills. The class is open to all students in the Economics and Public Policy PhD program and enrollment is required for students in the 3rd year and beyond. The course meets once a week for 1 hour and 15 minutes; the instructor will hold office hours for the EPP enrolled students once a week.
