Topics related to the domain of physical ergonomics with emphasis on the quality of fit between humans and the things they interact with on a job site, in sports, or at home. Applications drawn from aspects of human-made environments and designed products. Extensive in-class activities, group work, and collaborative discussion. Project experiences involving analysis of real-life scenarios. Anthropometry, functional anatomy, ergonomics, body mechanics, and human factors research methods.
