Witness: Art and Action (PHT-0135)

Forms of personal and political testimony by artists and activists acknowledge fraught histories of place, race, sexuality, health, and politics, as well as the dangers and potential for change. Explore place and time through current issues such as climate activism, social justice, voting integrity, identity, and political aggressions. Produce a Zine or a movie showcasing activism. Non-SMFA students and MAT Art Education students will receive a letter grade.
