Quantification and communication of the impacts of extreme weather events in a changing climate on infrastructure. Incorporation of resilience, adaptation and equity metrics when designing and assessing infrastructure risk. Design of climate adaptation strategies for infrastructure that are technically sound, socially just, and economically practical. Presentation of solutions along with pertinent quantitative engineering analysis. Communication of technical recommendations through policy briefs.
