Food Minor Practicum (ENV-0192)

One-on-one course fulfilling the practicum requirement for the Food Systems & Nutrition Minor. Can consist of an approved internship or other hands-on experience with food systems practice. Provides an opportunity to integrate and apply academic learning while reflecting critically on issues arising from active participation in food systems. Prerequisites: permission of instructor.
