Physical Therapy Fundamentals (DPT-0700)

This course introduces fundamental physical therapy skills, patient management frameworks, and the clinical examination sequence used throughout the curriculum. Psychomotor skills that are foundational to clinical examination and evaluation are introduced, including but not limited to vital signs, patient positioning and handling skills, goniometry/range of motion, and muscle testing. Students will begin to develop patient interview and documentation skills.
