Introduction to 3D Computer Aided Design (CAD) software with emphasis on the fundamentals of engineering design. Mechanical parts, assemblies, and product design. Reading and creating engineering drawings, including orthographic and isometric views. Dimensioning. Additive manufacturing. Applications in mechanical engineering and human factors engineering. Students may not receive for both ES18 and ES19.
