Applied QI Methods (CMPH-0209)

This course provides an in-depth, practical introduction to the principles and methods of quality improvement (QI) in healthcare and public health systems. Students will learn to apply QI and implementation science tools and strategies to real-world clinical and operational problems, using hands-on projects and collaborative teamwork to develop practical solutions for system-level change. The course emphasizes experiential learning and includes structured project work conducted in partnership with mentors from the Tufts Medicine Health System.
