CAD to Casting (MTL-0137)

CAD- Computer Aided Design covers fundamental strategies and methods for creating jewelry and metal objects, bridging the gap between a digital and tangible studio experience. Within an artistic practice, the ‘multiple’ allows for the reproduction of specific objects or elements that can be used as structural or stand-alone elements in the creation of jewelry and small-scale sculpture. Examines the historical and applied context of examples of multiples and small series/editions in all kinds of materials and types of production. Open to all levels.
