Direct mentoring relationship with Faculty mentors in which student is guided in process of project development, timeline, drafting of Student/Faculty/Site Mentor Agreement, supporting identified skill development related to project implementation and evaluation (e.g., question development, professional writing style, development of methods of evaluation, Institutional Review Board applications/modifications if needed, statistical analyses, dissemination).
