Advanced Sculpture Foundations (SCP-0180)

Develop core technical skills in the sculpture area while furthering an advanced critical acumen in the studio. Explore project planning, terminology associated with outside fabrication, and ways to budget for and manage that experience. Foundational knowledge about the wood shop, welding shop, and moldmaking studios. No prior experience with woodworking, welding, and/or moldmaking needed. Students who have taken 3D Foundations or an equivalent should not take this course. Prerequisites: junior standing or graduate standing.
