Experiments In Molecular Biology (BIO-0050)

Investigation of series of laboratory problems using modern techniques of biotechnology. Gene cloning, recombinant protein expression, protein biochemistry, and immunochemistry are emphasized for teaching state-of-the-art laboratory skills and for reinforcing basic concepts of modern molecular biology. One laboratory session per week plus one discussion period. Requires completion of BIO 0013 (or equivalent).
