Biology and pathology of cancer. Exploration of various aspects of cancer biology using a framework based on the five Ws (who, what, where, why, when). Topics may include the molecular development of cancer, the tumor microenvironment, environmental exposures, and cancer therapies. Fulfills the group A requirement for the Biology major. Prerequisites: BIO 13 or instructor permission.
