Economics and management of civil and environmental engineering systems throughout the project life cycle. Topics include contracts, project delivery, construction project organizations, time value of money, life cycle cost analysis, project scheduling, cost estimation, earned value management, and environmental permitting. Students may receive credit for either EM 51 or CEE 62/EM 62, but not both.
