Cardiopulmonary Practice Management (DPT-0750)

This course enhances the knowledge and skills of the student in the care of patients with cardiovascular and/or pulmonary impairments across the lifespan and across a variety of clinical settings. Students develop appropriate observation and clinical skills necessary for completing a thorough evaluation and formulating a comprehensive plan of care that considers relevant educational, social, economic and cultural factors. Students will integrate evidence-based practice in clinical-decision making processes.
