Synthesis of economic and econometric theory and the application of appropriate econometric methods to real-world problems. Data gathering, model building, estimation, and presentation of results. Topics include wage determination, input demand, investment behavior, advertising, and macroeconomic forecasting. Seminar format. Prerequisites: Economics 11 and EC 12, and either EC 15 or EC 107, or consent.
