Head and Neck Anatomy (MBS-0236)

This course provides an overview of Head and Neck Anatomy for students who plan a career in Medicine, Dentistry or as a Physician Assistant. It is meant to be a follow-up to MBS 211: Introduction to Basic and Clinical Anatomy, taught earlier in the Spring Semester. Primarily through hands-on dissection, and supplemented by pre-recorded lectures, students will learn the gross anatomical structures of the Head and Neck and the relationship of this region to the organization of the musculoskeletal and nervous systems, vasculature, and lymphatics of the rest of the body.
