Nutritional Biochemistry and Physiology: Micronutrients (NUTR-0371)

Required of all students in the Biochemical and Molecular Nutrition and Nutritional Epidemiology programs, NUTR 371 is an advanced course in nutritional sciences. NUTR 371 will cover topics related to minerals, watersoluble micronutrients and fat-soluble micronutrients. Students are expected to be familiar with the material covered in an introductory nutrition course, as well as the biochemistry and physiology courses. Prerequisites: BCHM 0223 (Graduate Biochemistry), NUTR 202 or equivalent.
