Senior Thesis Program (SMFA-0093)

Semester-long program designed to support students in building a sustainable, independent art practice while developing key professional skills. Critiques, writing, research, and interactions with faculty and TUAG staff, to refine students’ ability to articulate and present work. Emphasis on professional practices including exhibition planning, marketing, catalog development, and public presentation. Requires a weekly commitment of 6-12 hours outside of class to studio work and career-building activities. All media and alternative formats encouraged. Confirm registration eligibility with SMFA Advising.
