Intro to Ceramics: Wheel (CER-0103)

Introduction to wheel throwing as an integral part of the ceramics process. Learn to create forms on the wheel, including bowls, cups, vases, plates, and enclosed forms. Explore various surface design, glazing, and firing techniques to create both functional and expressive objects and learn to incorporate these techniques into an individual art practice. Non SMFA students will receive a letter grade.
