Examines the physical and chemical processes that shape the Earth’s surface on a range of spatial and temporal scales. Topics include erosion and weathering, sediment transport and deposition, landform formation and distribution, soil formation, and geochronology, with a focus on fluvial, glacial, coastal and hillslope processes. Special attention to interactions between climate, landscape change, and human activity.
