Leadership and Negotiation Year-Long Lab (GMA-D200)

The aim of this year-long lab is to link the leadership and negotiation skills introduced in the first residency and subsequent terms to the strategies and practices of GMAP students themselves. Our hope is that armed with the knowledge of their own leadership styles and negotiation strategies, they will leave Fletcher with a firm set of goals and action steps that will assist them in achieving their vision of a meaningful career.
