Leadership theories relative to occupational therapy practice and administration, including change process. Advocacy models will be discussed at the individual, systems, and populations levels. The AOTA Code of Ethics will be addressed through case studies. Complete CITI training. Scholarship within the field of occupational therapy will also be highlighted.
