Fundamental principles of speed, weight, dynamic force, momentum, spatial composition, and body articulation through individual and group movement. Collaborative and improvisational exploration of non-verbal communication, giving and receiving weight, and creative problem-solving. Includes video viewings, readings, discussions, and short written assignments. Designed for students of all levels. No prerequisites.
