Intermediate Film & Media Production (FMS-0014)

Advanced study of filmmaking through the collaborative production of a short narrative movie based on an optioned script. Preproduction includes script breakdown, location scouting, casting, and storyboarding. During production, students gain experience directing, shooting, setting lights, and recording sound for part of the script. Postproduction includes collaborative editing, mixing/mastering audio, and color grading. Prerequisites: FMS 0010.
