Advanced Costume Design (FMS-0135)

Exploration of the costume design process through completion of finished portfolio projects. Projects chosen specifically for/with each student and may include a musical, opera, film, or dance project. Students will produce colored renderings with fabric choices, research and organizational documentation, and will present their portfolio to a panel of faculty. All students learn about the process of costume designing film and television. Projects in collaboration with film students are possible. Prerequisite: TPS 0071 or consent.
